Oxford town

I always wonder who put so much effort into every single intricate detail of walls and doors and door frames and gates, and etc. etc. Nothing here is boring. But that would get expensive. I am glad these buildings havn't been torn down in place of new sterile ones.
Walking in between the old and the new Bodleian library. I am not sure what the building is straight ahead.
The red phone booths. They are wonderful. When I first got here, I used my phone card to call Eric in the closest phone booth to my hostile, and unfortunately it wasn't a red one. So, I have yet to make a call in a red phone booth. But I love them.

The Oxford playhouse (above) and the other end of the street. The sun was just so pretty this morning I just took a few pics as I was walking to class and back.

I have a tutorial in Christ Church College. In the mornings, I walk by this open door (above) and look out to this picturesque view... it is so beautiful.
A pub down the street from our college. I ate pizza here once for like 6 pounds, and it was a mini pizza that had very little cheese and the sauce tasted distinctly like English food. This is why I do not eat out, or snack out.

Noor and I at the women's pub exchange. This is Trinity College's bar. I think. Every college has a bar. Some better than others. This one looked like it was from a movie.
I think this is St. Cross College, not sure. But I walk by it on the way to Blackwell's books and I always want to go in and sit on their lawn furniture. (We can't walk on our lawn). But I hear that in the spring we can play croquet on the lawns of Keble College (my college).

Young Harry Potter, you know you shouldn't be flying around the Quidditch field in the middle of the night.

i seriously cannot get over the beauty of where you are living. it makes me want to sell everything and move my little fam over there. then reality sets in, jobs, family...you know, the stuff that holds you to a place.
but still, it is lovely.
