Green's Cafe, Eagle and Child, Old Car?

I went for a walk today to get out of my room for a while. I went for a latte and read my book, then took a tour of the shops a few blocks away in the city center. As I was taking this pic in the middle of the road a bus honked at me from behind. I am not quite used to the cars on the left hand side of the road yet.

A few blocks from our graduate housing:

Greens Cafe: My favorite place. Lattes, free wi-fi, two upstairs (small) rooms for eating/studying. Plus they won't kick you out.

Eagle and Child: the haunt of the 'inklings' a writers group mid century that included the likes of J.R.R. Tolkein and C.S. Lewis.
This is the street of apartments behind St. Giles. A block over from my block... Its a nice way to walk home from city center without so many people.

I saw this car on the way to town. I like it. The wood paneling looks like it is an original feature of the car. I have no idea what make or model. Anyone know?
